Keynote speaker reflects mobile's importance at a4uexpo EuropeScott Seaborn has been announced as keynote speaker for performance marketing's premier pan-European event
(press1) - Bristol, UK - 08 June 2012 - Multi award-winning marketer, Scott Seaborn, will be presenting during the much sought-after keynote slot at performance marketing conference, a4uexpo Europe. Seaborn will be covering the subject of brand-building in the mobile space during his session titled, The Evolution of Mobile from a Creative Perspective.
Powerhouse brands such as Fanta, IBM, Coke Zero and Heineken will be shown to lucky attendees as examples of how brand building on mobile has evolved over time. While the focus will be on mobile's evolution, new areas of integration including the hyper-connectivity of hardware and software will also be discussed.
Seaborn will be looking to instil a certain creative spark in each attendee. A creative perspective is essential for anybody looking to increase engagement with consumers during this period of steep growth for the mobile channel.
Even during the beginning of his career, Seaborn and the media channel were inseparable. Since his early work in broadcast media, mobile has been at the core of everything he's done. Seaborn's CV makes note of how he owned a small agency, was a digital media network's Creative Director, founded Ogilvy Group's mobile division and also co-founded Ogilvy Digital Innovation Lab.
Of course, a man of Seaborn's dedication to the mobile cause wouldn't finish his working day at 5pm. He manages to find the time to consult for a number of global investment banks. He also holds various non-executive director positions with mobile technology companies.
Hardly surprising, then, that after successfully implementing campaigns for hundreds of global brands he has been showered with awards including multiple Cannes Lions, D&AD, DMA, Creative Circle, London International, FWA, One Show, IAB, MMA, BIMA, Campaign Big, Revolut!on and NMA.
Founder and MD of A4u, Matthew Wood, comments on Scott Seaborn's addition to the a4uexpo Europe agenda:
"It's inevitable that we'll see entrepreneurs embrace performance marketing based ideologies and drive revenue and interaction purely on mobile. Scott's enlightening keynote will put to the audience a number of traditional branding strategies and expose how these can relate with mobile to fully engage and influence the consumer."
